Maintenance
Prior to moving in, we have our Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager walk your apartment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Yes, we have full-time on-site maintenance.
Our offices are open 7 days a week, to submit a maintenance request, simply call the office to place your request, or go to your online portal and submit the request there.
Maintenance issues are addressed as they are received, with emergencies being the top priority.
You do not need to be present for our maintenance team to perform work.
If you are locked out during office hours, simply come to the office and we can assist you. If you are locked out after hours, at this time, you will need to call a locksmith.
You are allowed to decorate your apartment, but making permanent alterations is not permitted.

Our office is open 7 days a week, Sierra Gateway Apartments has a beautiful resort-style pool, a state of the art gym, a cozy fire pit, and BBQs for our residents to enjoy.

Yes, we have both covered and uncovered parking spaces available.
All of our apartment homes at Sierra Gateway come with a full-sized washer and dryer in unit.
Yes, Sierra Gateway Apartments is pet friendly.
There is a $500 pet deposit for the first pet, $250 for the second, and $25/month pet rent (per pet)
We do not have weight restrictions, but we do have breed restrictions.
No, we do not have a pet park.
All units come with a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator with water and ice dispenser.
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
We offer 6 month, 9 month, and 12 month lease options.
Yes, we allow corporate leases.
We currently do not hold packages at the leasing office.
Our fitness center is open 24 hours.
We have a wide variety of equipment in our gym - free weights, Stairmaster, spin bike, elliptical, treadmill, and a full TRX station!
We expect all residents to be respectful of each other no matter the time of day or night.
Our communal spaces do not have fees associated with them.

We absolutely accept walk-ins, but encourage appointments.
We are here for you from 9am to 5pm on weekends and 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays!
You can either apply in the office, or apply through our website
We aim for approval within 72 hours.
Deposits are due upon move in, along with the first month of rent, and possible proration depending on your time of move in.
We accept payments through our resident portal, and also allow payments by check, money order, or cashiers check in the office. We do not accept cash at any time.
Our resident portal is a breeze, use a card to pay your rent online and even set up recurring payments if you would like!
Besides rent, residents can also expect to pay for utilities monthly.
Yes, renters insurance is required.
We do not include utilities in the rental price. Utilities are charged seperately.

We offer AT&T and Astound at Sierra Gateway.
Yes! If a current resident refers a new resident, we offer a resident referral.
Guests are welcome as long as everyone is respectful of our community. If someone would like to stay for an extended time, they would need to be added to the lease.
We do not offer reductions in rent for extended lease terms or prepayments.
Security Deposits are not transferred from one community to the other.
No, we do not allow subletting.
Residents are responsible for the term of their lease until we are able to re-lease it.

Yes, bus stops 10 and 50 are right across the street.
Our community is near many shopping, dining, and recreational experiences.
We are in the Loomis school district.
There are plenty of parks nearby, but the nearest dog park is RRUFF Dog Park 2.3 miles away.
False Ravine Dog park is 1.7 miles away.
Our residents can choose between Trader Joes, Safeway, Target, and Walmart to shop!
The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks and it is right across the street.
